What's included:

1.    12+ hours onsite on wedding day. 
2.    Unlimited Consultation from the signing of Contract of Agreement by email, text messages, phone calls or in- person/ virtual consultation. 
3.   Venue research, scouting and procurement for Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Reception, Wedding and After Party
4. The research of hotel accommodations, transportation, and all needed
vendors. Provide client with venue and vendor contracts and bookings.
5.    Overall research, vision and design development
6.    Provide client with seating chart development.
7.    Provide client with day of emergency needs kit.
8.    Attendance at vendor meetings. 
9.    Assist in and advise in determining, planning and staying on budget.
10. Assist in composing Reception Activities as preferred by the client.
11. Assist in communicating with the venue manager and caterer for floor layout plans, seating and place cards arrangements, floral arrangements, cake table set up, gift tables.
12. Confirm and meet with the client for a venue walkthrough.
13. Confirm with all vendors on the details of the arrangement, schedule of the day, reception program, and polished details. Point of contact for wedding
vendors throughout wedding planning process and day of.
14. Provide client with wedding checklist and wedding program aisle planner to keep the client organized, an option to add in your guest count, and keep track of your budget.
15. Creation of timelines and finalizing all the details.
16. One hour rehearsal run through. 
17. Provide Client with the duties of the Entourage during the ceremony and reception (This will be practiced on the venue rehearsal date)
18. Go over the various checklists and requirements to ensure that these are all on hand and ready for the wedding day.
19. Request for the final guest list, list of bridal party, ceremony sequence,
sequence of introductions, final decor list, and all vendors. 
20. Provide client with mood board visual and 3D layout.
21. Assist the bride in anymore wedding planning that is needed.
22. On the wedding day, 2 day of coordinators will be present with the wedding planner.

23.Customizing templates/printing/sending save the dates and formal wedding invitations. 
24. Option for creating wedding website and tracking RSVP's IF using wedding website for tracking.
